Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between the User and the Administration of the Metriox service (hereinafter — "Service") when using the site https://metriox.com.

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms their full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1.3. If the User disagrees with any provision of these Terms, they must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Service Description

2.1. Metriox is an analytics platform for Telegram bots and Mini Apps that provides tools for:

• collecting and storing events from Telegram bots

• analyzing user behavior

• visualizing analytics data

• creating reports and dashboards

  2.2. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various tariff plans.

3. User Registration and Account

3.1. To use the Service, the User must register by providing a valid email address and creating a password.

3.2. The User is responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of account access credentials

• all actions performed under their account

• the accuracy of provided information

  3.3. The Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account in case of Terms violation.

4. User Rights and Obligations

4.1. The User has the right to:

• use the Service functionality in accordance with their tariff plan
• receive technical support
• request deletion of their data

4.2. The User undertakes:

• not to use the Service for illegal purposes
• not to interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• not to attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• comply with applicable law when collecting and processing data through their bots

5. Bot Tokens and Integration

5.1. The User may provide Telegram bot tokens to enable automatic event collection.

5.2. Bot tokens are stored in encrypted form and are used solely for Service functionality.

5.3. The User is solely responsible for:

• the legality of bot token use
• compliance with Telegram's terms of service
• protection of end users' rights

6. Data Processing and Responsibility

6.1. Metriox provides infrastructure for data storage and analysis but does not determine the purposes or content of personal data processing of end users of User's bots.

6.2. The User is the data controller for personal data of their bot's end users and bears full responsibility for:

• legality of data collection

• compliance with GDPR, 152-FZ, and other applicable data protection laws

• obtaining necessary consents from end users

• ensuring data security

  6.3. Metriox is not liable for:

• content of events sent by User's bots

• violations of end users' rights by the User

• losses resulting from improper use of the Service

7. Payment Terms

7.1. Access to certain Service functions is provided on a paid subscription basis.

7.2. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers in accordance with the selected tariff plan.

7.3. The User is responsible for timely payment of subscription fees.

7.4. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All rights to the Service, including software code, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property objects, belong to the Administration.

8.2. The User is granted a non-exclusive license to use the Service within the scope of the selected tariff plan.

8.3. The User retains all rights to data uploaded to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

9.2. The Administration is not liable for:

• interruptions in Service operation

• data loss due to force majeure circumstances

• losses incurred by the User or third parties from use of the Service

  9.3. The Administration's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current subscription period.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

10.1. The Administration strives to ensure uninterrupted Service operation but does not guarantee 100% availability.

10.2. The Administration reserves the right to:

• modify Service functionality

• change tariff plans

• temporarily suspend Service operation for maintenance

  10.3. The Administration will notify Users of significant changes via email or on the Site.

11. Termination of Service Use

11.1. The User may terminate Service use at any time by deleting their account.

11.2. The Administration may terminate Service provision to the User in case of:

• Terms violation

• non-payment of subscription fee

• illegal actions

  11.3. Upon termination, the User's data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Administration is registered.

12.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in court.

13. Changes to Terms

13.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time.

13.2. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
