1. Definitions
Metriox — website and software platform for analytics of Telegram bots and Mini Apps, available at https://metriox.com (hereinafter — "Site", "Service").
User — an individual or legal entity that has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Service.
Administration (Operator) — the owner and administration of the Metriox Site.
Service — software and analytical tools of Metriox designed for collecting, storing, and analyzing events coming from the User's Telegram bots.
Automated data processing — information processing using computing technology.
2. General Provisions
2.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — "Policy") has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation, as well as taking into account the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).
2.2. The Policy defines the procedure for collecting, storing, using, and protecting information received from Users when using the Metriox Site and Service.
2.3. Use of the Site and Service means the User's consent to this Policy.
2.4. As part of providing the Service, Metriox does not determine the purposes and content of processing personal data of end users of Telegram bots and is not responsible for such processing.
3. Collection and Processing of Metriox Users' Data
3.1. Account Data
When registering and using the Service, the following User data may be processed:
- email address
- encrypted password
- authentication and authorization data
- account settings
3.2. Payment Data
When using paid Service functions, the following may be processed:
- tariff information
- payment history
- transaction identifiers
- data received from acquiring partners and payment providers
⚠️ Metriox does not store complete bank card data. Payment processing is carried out by third-party certified payment systems.
4. Telegram Bot and Event Data
4.1. Bot Data
For the Service to function, the User may provide:
- Telegram bot tokens
- bot identifiers
- technical integration parameters
All tokens are stored exclusively in encrypted form and are used only for automatic collection of analytical events.
4.2. Events and User Data
The Service may store and process:
- events sent by Telegram bots
- technical and analytical parameters of events
- user identifiers transmitted by the bot
📌 Important:
Metriox provides infrastructure for storing and analyzing events, but:
- does not determine the composition of transmitted data
- does not control the content of events
- is not a data controller for personal data of end users of Telegram bots
All responsibility for the legality of collection and processing of such data lies with the Metriox User who manages the corresponding Telegram bot.
5. Purposes of Data Processing
Data processing is carried out for the following purposes:
- providing access to Service functionality
- ensuring personal account operation
- data analytics and visualization
- billing and payment accounting
- User technical support
- improving Service quality and stability
6. Cookies
6.1. The Metriox Site uses cookies for:

6.2. The User can independently limit or disable the use of cookies in browser settings.
7. Data Transfer to Third Parties
7.1. User data is not transferred to third parties, except in the following cases:

8.2. Such transfer is carried out subject to ensuring an appropriate level of data protection in accordance with applicable law.

9.1. The Administration takes necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect data from:

The User has the right to:
